BODY SHRED 

A 30 MINUTE CLASS DESIGNED TO SCULPT THE CORE USING DIRECT, INDIRECT, BALANCE, AND/OR CONDITIONING MOVEMENTS. 

BUILD STRENGTH, ADD DEFINITION, AND INCREASE LEAN MUSCLE USING WEIGHT TRAINING EQUIPMENT WITH A TECHNIQUE OF LOW WEIGHT/HIGH REPS

Classes are taught by Sarah DeVries who is a certified group fitness instructor who specializeS in Bootcamp instruction. She is a past power lifting competitor and triathlete who currently teaches at Rochester Regional Wellness Center.  Her passion for fitness and helping shines in her abilility to movitate and push participants beyond their limits.

A 50 MINUTE CLASS THAT FOCUS ON THE LOWER BODY WITH THE GLUTES AS TOP PRIORITY. THIS CALL WILL BE TAUGHT BY LAURA AMALFI
